Really do not know why punters bet with Betfred. They change the rules to suit themselves with regards to BEST PRICES. I suggest punters use Ladbrokes.

completely agree with reviews already recently written.. allowed me to open account whilst on gamcare. email and phone no registered on gamcare. allowed me to deposit nearly £1000 then blocked my account after giving me a bonus before I could access it. verification checks obviously not carried out

My deposit limit was raised to 100 a day i got confirmation and now it won't leave me back on site I'm very disappointed

This is in reply to my other review. So i sent an email Tuesday 31st January to customer-care. Got an automated email back saying they have the email and it will take them 48 hours and in some cases 72 hours depending on how busy they are. So I've waited and waited, spent time sending the email etc. No reply, no email, contacted chat on Betfred they say this has nothing to do with them. So it's now Monday the 6th February and still no email and nothing has chnaged on my account. Waste of time.

By far the worst gambling site I have ever visited. Takes anything up to 5 mins, just to log on. Go off the page and it's log on time again (over 12 times already today). Loading time seems forever. Will be leaving soon, as the whole site is absolute C##P!

Site takes way too long to load, everything on the site is slow and very frustrating. William Hill app is superfast. Come on Betfred learn from this.

Really enjoy the website. Only thing that's annoying is place a £1 bet to watch the video when you have already had a £5 bet

virtual races ,run to quick unable to have time to put bet on no racing form shown on the boards inside the shop staff take too long to place bets i think this is a tactic to to be bias towards the customer no proper form on shop board desciing horse and dog racing anyhow ease of use regarding shop at 94 renfield street glasgow anyhow due to set up of betting in my view its the worst bookmakers on the high street on a final point some shops are not showing certain races due to not paying for racing and certain sporting events

I was allowed to open a second account with Betfred after my first account was closed. This is against their own terms and conditions. I had forgotten that I had already had an account which was closed. Was able to deposit over £5000 over a 2 week period without any verification or source of income. I have a gambling problem, I can admit that. The fact that Betfred allowed me to open a second account after the first one was shut I believe is criminal.

Both IBAS and the Gambling Commission agree that I should not have been able to open a second account but both say they can do nothing.

Surely there is someone out there that can stop BetFred from doing this.

Cannot be trusted to do things honestly. They very very ofton change their own rules after a bet has been placed.For example they have the little red cashout symbol showing on a tennis market, so you think this is a cash out market. You then place the bet and there is no cashout offered and when the match starts the cashout is not actually available. When asking about it there is the standard moron response that its a traders decision. That shouldnt be legal and is definitely immoral. To pretend a market has something available but then on accepting bets they change it. It happens more often than not and is immoral beyond belief. Its not only on todays date and is the same on many markets.

I like the layout and it is easy to navigate between my bets i.e. horse racing and games, it would be advantageous to have the colour of gaps on the betting slip.

I love bet fred.They have great promos.They have a newbie room.Its not much bonus wise but its great fun.They haven't got slingo from what i can see.If you join you cant get a certain newbie deal because of what you use to deposit bit they had loads of promos so it made no different. I have had lots of wins since joining.Im happy for anyone that wins anything at all and im a believer that if your not your not having fun.I love the site and get excited when i win or anyone.
